Disappointing Results – Blue Campaign

Great care is taken in the marking of all our examination papers/assignments to ensure that the marking scheme is applied by each examiner correctly and that marks are recorded accurately.

The examining teams are made up of experienced examiners and the Senior Examiner for each unit spends a great deal of time ensuring that all marking is in line and to a given standard. In addition, all D grades and borderline grades are reviewed prior to the ratification of results and the Level Verifier for each of the qualifications samples a large number of scripts/assignments each examination diet to ensure parity of marking both within each unit and across the whole level.

If your students have not received the results they were hoping for, don’t worry as help is at hand.

Initially the first point of contact for your students would be with yourselves as their tutor, if you cannot resolve the query then you should contact your Regional Education Manager. We also have an appeals process if you feel this is needed.

Also The Chartered Institute of Marketing send an email to all students who have failed offering them support by way of a call back service from our Member Relations team, FAQ’s with regards to their studies and an email service at studysupport@cim.co.uk.

If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact your Regional Education Manager.
