Case Study Information

The pre-seen case studies are available for those centres who are accredited to offer units of the CIM New Syllabus.

These units are:
Professional Certificate in Marketing – Assessing the Marketing Environment
Professional Diploma in Marketing – Delivering Customer Value through Marketing
Chartered Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing – Analysis and Decision

All case studies are made available to tutors on the Friday of the 6th week before the exam and the Friday of the 5th week before the exam for students.

Chartered Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing – Analysis and Decision: September 2010 Case Study
The Case Study for the September 2010 Analysis and Decision examination will be based on the following:
• Coca Cola: “Open Happiness” Campaign
• Published by the European Case Clearing House (ECCH)
• Ref: 509-091-1

For copyright reasons the Case Study will only be made available to tutors and candidates registered for the September 2010 session. Therefore the case study will not be available to download from the Tutor Zone or Learning Zone.

Anyone wishing to review the case study will need to obtain a copy of the case study from ECCH and ensure that they have the appropriate copyright approvals to access and use the materials in the appendices.

The examination paper will be posted to both the tutor website and the Learning Zone once the examination session has been completed.
